Two ways to add a skill
Both take the same file, the one you downloaded.

Open Settings, then Skills, then Upload skill, and choose the file. It is available in every chat from then on.
Claude Code, or Cowork
Unzip the file into your skills folder and restart the session.
unzip triage.skill -d ~/.claude/skills/
